I turn messy ideas into architected businesses — and I use AI to do it at speed. I founded Blueprint Caribbean to do that for founders across the region, at scale.
In 2017 I took over my family's Pascal's Bakery and rebuilt it into a manufacturer — it became Trinidad & Tobago's main ciabatta supplier, a story featured in Loop TT. I also founded Sulten Manufacturing — a national rice-cake brand on shelves across Trinidad & Tobago since 2019. I'm an economist by training (BSc, York University; International Master's, Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business), with sustainability study at Imperial College London.
Today I lead Blueprint — a five-week live cohort and a verified collective of Caribbean founders — on one mission: build 10,000 Caribbean businesses by 2029, so our culture and skill become real, generational income.
