Door two · Have it done for you

Most small manufacturers don't have a cash-flow problem.
They have a day-31 problem.

Nobody owns the day the invoice goes late. So the customer owns it. Thirty-day terms quietly become fifty-five, and your money sits outside your business.

BLUEPRINT Receivables is the seat nobody is sitting in.

How it runs

You send one order. That's your whole job.

You
Forward the WhatsApp order.
Within the hour
Correct invoice out to your customer.
Same moment
AR sheet updated, filed to your cloud.
Day 31
Follow-up goes out, in your voice, with your approval.

You never open the spreadsheet again. You get one AR summary a week. I never touch your money — I make sure it arrives.

Cheaper than hiringNo salary, no NIS, no sick days, no handover when they leave.
Smarter than a VAIt knows your SKUs, your prices, your terms and your customers.
More practical than softwareSoftware still needs someone to sit in the seat. This is the seat.
Proof — my own factory first

I built it for Sulten before I sold it to anyone.

Sulten Manufacturing is mine. Rice-cake snacks, sold into supermarkets across Trinidad and Tobago. I was paying a bookkeeper roughly TT$1,000–1,200 a month to send invoices and chase payment, and waiting until Friday for it. So I built the seat instead of hiring for it.

Roughly three months running our own receivables through it.
Roughly TT$60,000 of receivables handled through the system.
About two minutes an invoice — WhatsApp order in, correct invoice out, AR line updated.
The bookkeeping line and the Friday wait, gone.

The AI was told one thing: think like an accountant. Not like a chatbot. That is the whole difference between a toy and a right hand.

These are our own figures, stated as they stand — not audited, and not a promise of your result. Customer names are anonymised on everything I show.

The next step

The Receivables Read. Twenty minutes.

Not a pitch and not a free trial. You bring your last 60 days of invoices — a screenshot of the sheet is enough. I bring six questions.

How many invoices went out last month?

How many are still unpaid, and what is the oldest?

What is the average invoice?

Who sends them — you, a bookkeeper, or it depends?

What happens on day 31?

How long did the last one take you, start to finish?

Within 24 hours you get one page: open receivables today, estimated days-to-pay, hours a month sitting in that seat, and what a right hand would do in week one. It ends with one of two lines — you're ready for this, or you're not ready yet, and here's what to fix first. The second line is what makes the first one worth anything.

Pricing is set after the Read, against your actual invoice volume. I would rather quote you honestly than publish a number that fits nobody.

Who this is for

Owner-operators who invoice.

You make or move a physical product in the Caribbean and sell B2B — supermarkets, wholesalers, restaurants, distributors.
Ten to forty invoices a month.
Orders arrive on WhatsApp. Invoices leave from a phone, a laptop, or a bookkeeper who comes on Fridays.
Nobody owns collections. You will call them. You don't.

Not for you if: you are pre-revenue, you sell retail cash only with no invoices, or you want someone inside your bank account. I never touch the money.

Questions people actually search

Straight answers.

How do I get clients to pay outstanding invoices?
Most unpaid invoices are not a collections problem, they are an ownership problem: nobody in the business owns day 31. The fix is to make the follow-up automatic and dated rather than emotional and occasional — a correct invoice out the same day, a logged due date, and a follow-up that goes out on day 31 in the owner's own voice, every time, whether or not anyone remembers.
Who should send my invoices if I don't have an accounts person?
Owner-operators usually have three options: do it themselves at night, hire a part-time bookkeeper, or put a system in the seat. Blueprint Receivables is the third. The owner forwards the WhatsApp order; the invoice, the filing, the AR sheet and the day-31 follow-up are handled for them.
What is a managed receivables service?
A service that runs the invoicing and collections workflow on a business's behalf: generating and sending invoices, filing them, keeping one accounts-receivable master, and chasing what is owed. It is not accounting and not bookkeeping — it sits between the order and the payment. Blueprint Receivables never touches the client's bank account; money moves between the business and its customer.
Is this accounting software?
No. Accounting software still needs a person to sit in the seat and use it. Blueprint Receivables is the seat. It runs on the tools a business already has and produces the invoice, the filing, the AR line and the follow-up without the owner opening a spreadsheet.
How much does it cost to have someone run invoicing for a small business in Trinidad?
It depends on invoice volume. A part-time bookkeeper in Trinidad and Tobago commonly runs around TT$1,000 to TT$1,200 a month and typically only produces invoices, not collections. Blueprint Receivables is priced after a free 20-minute Receivables Read, against actual invoice volume, so the quote matches the work rather than a published number that fits nobody.
What is the day-31 problem?
Thirty-day payment terms only work if somebody acts on day 31. In most small businesses nobody does, so the customer decides when to pay and 30-day terms quietly become 55. A business billing TT$100,000 a month at 55 days-to-pay has roughly TT$180,000 sitting outside the business at any moment. That is not a loan — it is the owner's own money, on holiday.
Do you need access to my bank account?
Never. Blueprint generates, sends, chases and reports. Money moves directly between the business and its customer.
What if I would rather learn to build this myself?
That is the other door. Blueprint's workflow track teaches owners and teams to map a repeated process and build the AI workflow that carries it — the AI Right Hand cohort, the Workflow Cohort, or a one-on-one Workflow Build.

That's not a loan.
That's your money, on holiday.
